A contract specifying fully all services to be provided to the client by DataSTOP. It legally entitles the client to carry out a specified DataSTOP data management project. It contains the contractual obligation that during the service period DataSTOP supply the client with a specified number of hours service acting as a data officer within the client business.
During consultation the clients intention to engage DataSTOP for provision of any services identified as business solutions, and DataSTOP's intention to offer those services contractually, can be formally outlined.
Any business information that requires handling with a sensitivity outside that required by the businesses own privacy and security policies (e.g non-competition), can be disclosed using non-disclosure agreements tailored to the situation.
The calculation DataSTOP uses to design data management project plans. Solutions are developed in consultation with the business over two weeks of planning. Results are presented by completing this template. If the solution meets the businesses aims, a services contract to oversee implementation of the project is signed.
